Tianhe district recently upgraded its online themed service areas and integrated offline government affairs services to provide more convenience for people.

The online themed service areas added the "I Want to See" function, which can draw a navigation chart for a government affair according to industry, theme and scenario, showcasing the context, the required conditions and the list of matters involved of the government under different theme scenarios.

To date, 21 high-frequency government affairs for enterprises, covering more than 200 common handling scenarios, have been launched online.

The district also expanded the service content of the "I Want to Do" column. On the basis of labor dispatch and private schools, it added the joint handling of business licenses and operating permits for medicines, catering, health food, cosmetics, and medical devices.

In addition, Tianhe has upgraded the "joint cancellation of enterprises" special window in the district government affairs service hall to the "handling one affair at a time" window, offering services like consulting, guidance for online and offline affairs handling, and paper materials collection.
