The Times TIT Plaza in Tianhe district was listed among the top 10 cultural industrial parks with the greatest growth potential in Guangzhou in 2021. The list was released on Dec 7 during the Guangzhou Cultural Industry Fair 2021.

The plaza is located at the intersection of Guangzhou International Financial Town and the Tianhe Intelligence Business Circle, and covers a combined floor area of 68,000 square meters. It connects with metro lines 4 and 5, making it easy to get to and from.

The plaza was built out of the former Guangde old warehouse, and integrates design elements of creative industrial parks and themed blocks.

Centered on digital information, the plaza has gathered more than 110 enterprises focusing on digital information, game development and operation, advertising media and e-commerce live streaming.

In addition, the plaza can provide exclusive services and financial support for enterprises in terms of talent, financing, declaration and taxation. Business supporting facilities such as meeting centers and co-working spaces are also built to meet the diverse office needs of enterprises.

The plaza, which serves as the incubator base of the digital information industry in the eastern part of Tianhe, has been recognized as a provincial incubator base and selected as a technology finance workstation in Guangzhou.
