The list of the top 30 cultural enterprises in Guangzhou in 2021 was released at a forum during the Guangzhou Cultural Industry Fair 2021, which took place in the city from Dec 4 to 6.

Among the cultural enterprises, 12 are from Tianhe district. They include NetEase, Kugou, 37 Interactive Entertainment, and LIZHI INC.

More than 70 indicators were used to assess the enterprises' scale, social benefits, profitability, development prospects, input and output, innovation capacity and compliance.

The list is intended to help cultivate leading cultural enterprises with independent intellectual property and strong competitiveness, further promoting the high-quality development of the cultural industry and advancing the construction of Guangzhou into a world famous cultural city.
