Under the theme "Young Chinese and International Talent Navigating Career Paths Together", three guests with extensive cross-cultural experience shared their stories. British national Jeremy Sargent, who has lived in China for over 30 years, works as a lawyer, business consultant and restaurateur. David Butler, also British, has spent more than two decades in China and serves as director of the Idex cultural platform. Lavi, who lived in Spain for 30 years before returning to Guangzhou six years ago, shared observations drawn from his work in international dining and the operation of Liede International Neighborhood.

Students from France, Russia, Malaysia, the UK, Vietnam, the Netherlands and Bangladesh also exchanged views. Many said Guangzhou's open environment and diverse cultural life offered fresh ideas about living and working in the city. As a window connecting Chinese and international residents, Liede International Neighborhood will continue to build open platforms for cross-cultural dialogue and help more people discover opportunities in Guangzhou.
