Nearly 20 Black Pearl restaurants are taking part, offering signature dishes at wallet-friendly prices. Another area showcases premium Cantonese and regional Chinese fare, while a heritage snack zone features traditional Cantonese bites made on site by experienced chefs. Time-honored brands such as Taotao Ju and Guangzhou Restaurant are also present with creative new menus.
New additions this year include a craft beer festival with more than 100 brews infused with local flavors, a cooking demonstration area where chefs show off tech-driven techniques, and an interactive zone offering performances and stamp-collecting gift redemption. Two international lineups — a Chinese fine wine festival and a specialty coffee roasting festival — are debuting limited offerings at a waterfront area, alongside food-themed parades, chef pop-up shows, nighttime music parties and a collaborative dinner staged by Black Pearl star chefs.
