"B" stands for "Bread", "A" for "Artisan", and "O" for "Orbit". Compared with its debut edition, this year's festival is bigger, with more variety and interactive experiences.

Visitors can explore everything from sourdough and Japanese soft bread to butter pastries, creative toast, and specialty drinks. Popular out-of-town names include Shanyu Bakery from Changsha, Fusanshun from Hangzhou, Xingxing's Bread from Ningbo, and Shunxi Nanyang Restaurant from Kunming.
Beyond food, the festival offers a farm-themed interactive area, baking workshops, DIY bread keychains and a pet-friendly bread party. Limited-edition merchandise and bread vouchers will also be distributed.
