Tianhe, KONE sign strategic cooperation agreement
The Tianhe district government and KONE China, a subsidiary of Finland's elevator and escalator company KONE Corporation, signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade, which was held in Xiamen, Southeast China's Fujian province from Sept 8 to 11.

Concurrently, Tianhe Investment Group, a state-owned company of Tianhe district, signed a letter of intent with KONE China's key partner, Linking Digital Technology.
This collaboration aims to strengthen the long-standing partnership between Tianhe district and KONE China, aligning with Tianhe's strategy to promote integrated manufacturing-service development and expand international trade..
Both sides will draw on the partnership to explore smart city initiatives, urban renewal, and environmental sustainability, contributing to tangible outcomes in Sino-Finnish industrial cooperation.
Celebrating 30 years in China, KONE Corporation has been an important contributor to Guangzhou's urban development. KONE China has established its presence in Tianhe for 28 years.
