The project, with a total investment of approximately 530 million yuan ($78.9 million), is funded and developed by Tianhe Investment Group, a state-owned enterprise of the district. It covers a construction area of about 36,000 square meters.
Focusing on cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, smart equipment and robotics, and embodied intelligence, the new center aims to meet the space and service needs of small and medium-sized technologyl enterprises.
The project will adopt a development model integrating shared platforms, R&D offices, and high-end conference facilities to create a comprehensive innovation complex offering targeted R&D, early-stage incubation, and commercial services.
The center will provide flexible industrial space and one-stop services for startups and SMEs, fostering a complete innovation ecosystem.

By enhancing commercial services, training, and public spaces, the project will fill the gap in high-end innovation support within the Guangtang Sci-Tech Innovation City, thereby improving regional public services.
Tianhe Investment Group plans to develop the center using a model integrating construction and operation.
This will support the growth of 100-billion-yuan-level innovation industry cluster and advance strategic emerging industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
