Tianhe has unveiled an outdoor wedding registration site at Changxing Shanyin Shiguang Manor, along with a collective wedding and youth social event.

The event, set amid the natural beauty of Huolu Mountain Forest Park, featured an immersive forest-themed wedding scene that combined nature's charm with the traditional elegance of the Qixi Festival, which fell on Aug 19, promoting simple yet dignified wedding customs.

At 9:30 am, 10 couples completed their marriage registration at the district's marriage registration office and arrived at the venue in a festive bus. The event included a romantic fair and wedding-themed film screenings to promote the modern trend of simple and meaningful wedding ceremonies.

At 10:30 am, the collective wedding ceremony commenced, with speeches from local leaders advocating for simplified wedding customs. The event concluded with a youth social activity.

The day ended with a visit to the Tianhe Cultural and Art Center, where couples explored an exhibition on Lingnan wedding customs.
